Refund Policy: the 30-day guarantee

If a book isn't worth it to you, write within 30 days and you get your money back. You keep the book. A person handles it, and there is no argument.

How to ask

1. Email contact@harlanfenton.com within 30 days of the purchase.
2. Send it from the address you bought with, or tell us that address. If you have your Whop receipt or order number, include it; if not, we'll find the order.
3. That's all. You don't have to give a reason. If you'd like to tell us what didn't work for you, we'll read it and it helps us make the book better, but it is never a condition.

A person reads every request. There is no form to fill in and no one will try to talk you out of it.

What happens next

• We refund the full amount you paid for that product through Whop, our payment processor, back to the card or account you paid with.
• We aim to issue it within two business days of your email. How long it takes to show on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
• You keep the files you downloaded and anything you printed, for your own household's use under the license. We may switch off the download link for a refunded product.

What it covers

• Every product: The Household Book, the Drawer Cards, the Expanded Edition, the Volume II upgrade and the Winter Volume.
• Each purchase on its own: the 30 days run from the date of each purchase. If you bought the book and later upgraded, you can ask for the upgrade back on its own, the book on its own, or both if both are within their 30 days.
• Add-ons: if you took the Drawer Cards at checkout, you can ask for just the cards back, or the whole order.

Mistakes are always fixed

Whatever the date, if you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or can't get a file to download or open, write to us and we'll put it right. Duplicate charges are always refunded.

After 30 days

After 30 days, sales are final, except for the mistakes above or where the law gives you a right to a refund. Write to us anyway if something is wrong. A person will still read it.

One limit

The guarantee is for people who bought the book to use it. If the same person buys and refunds over and over, we may refund the last order and decline future orders. We will never refuse a refund that is asked for within 30 days.

Customers in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland

The law there normally gives a 14-day right to cancel online purchases, which for digital downloads can end once the download starts. Our 30-day guarantee goes further than that, so you have 30 days either way.
